What would you do if you are having a bad/stressful day at work? It can be range from missing your bus/train on your way to work, making some silly errors during work, or just simply don’t feel like working at all.
For me, I would prefer going onto the treadmill and “run it off”. Recently I found that when I am stressed at work, by hopping onto a treadmill can actually reduce my stress level, forcing myself not to think too much. At the same time it gives you a clear mind after finishing your workout.
Different people have different distressing techniques. What’s yours?

Self Pity - What's the point?
Sometimes I found myself self pitying on how "bad luck" I was when something negative happened, or things not planned as smooth as it would be. The more I self pity, the more depressed I wouuld become.
From now on, when I have encountered things that are not going as planned, I will write them down - the mistakes i have faced, some analysis on why I made the mistake, and FOCUS ON how to avoid the SAME mistake in future - is the key point.
